Title: AuSable Impression VI As I frequently paddle my canoe in the nearby AuSable River, I'm overwhelmed by the Adirondack Mountains' wild environment. There are beavers, otters, ospreys, herons, and a variety of other birds. Most intriguing are the reflections in the water that have contributed to my series of abstract images, "AuSable Impressions".

Title: City Love The pic ‘City Love’ is part of an ongoing exercise to bring different meaning to using a camera. I am with limited means and have a G12 as my only tool. However it is a great manual tool, and I want to make sure to show all viewers there is much more to be seen than when just set your camera and take a picture. Perfecting a quick swivel and drag colours on lets say an f 8. on .30 sec is riveting fun, and in particular at night where longer exposure allows for more colour to be captured I think in a sense the art feel I can give to images is my field I am developing further. I was amazed to see Hans Haas using this technique of dragging or quickly swivel the camera in the 50 th in Spain, using it to capture speed and horror if you like during the fight between a matador and a bull.
